For over 10 years, Rio Alto has brought the heart of Mexico City and its nearby provinces to High River. Every dish is crafted using our traditional Mexican oven, the kind you won’t find anywhere else in Alberta.
We take pride in using local Alberta beef (90% lean), vegetables from nearby farms, and ingredients that are always fresh and never canned. Everything on our menu — from our homemade sauces made from raw ingredients to our authentic Mexican sweet bread and lasagna — is prepared from scratch, in small batches, and with big flavor.
